The amazing Brother Andy, Savage Gallery Media Director, interviews Adam Faucett during his visit and concert at Savage.
SAVAGE WENT WILD LAST NIGHT! A virtual who's-who of the Palm Springs art scene (and way beyond) attended last night's Savage event! The eclectic mix of movers-and-shakers included the hyper-talented Jason Graae who honored us by singing live and signed his latest CD release. The wonderfully entertaining Marcos Mendez played the organ in practically a solo concert. William Dey's colorful photography set the tone for the whole wild party with a "pool"-themed decor. Savage revealed several new paintings, which is always exciting to collectors and designers. Revelers included almost-naked male models who were fantastically friendly, the vivacious Bella De Ball mingled, our fabulous Chris tended bar, and cameras were clicking in every direction. Amazing surprise guests were too numerous to mention. The high school students from the mentoring program were incredibly helpful. From Broadway stars to backstreet bohemians -- all came together for a night of pure celebration! Thanks to everyone! Just wait to see what we do next...

Or attendees can listen to the music of prior events’ guests of honor who are well-known singers and songwriters. "The first Savage Sunday event was so much fun and very successful," says Savage, owner of the gallery and an artist. "Savage Sunday gives me the opportunity to chit-chat, one-on-one, with commission clients, collectors, dealers, artists, locals and out-of-towners, while we enjoy great food, art and conversation." "Savage is offering an experience unlike any other gallery I've ever heard of," reports Savage Gallery media representative Brother Andy, who also co-hosts the event. "Where else could someone come in, meet the owner, share ideas, have a free meal and drink, and get true interaction with someone who cares? Plus, affordable art? You don‘t ever get that kind of attention even at the mall." Free admission. Free parking. Free refreshments. The event is produced by Savage. When: Sunday February 5, 2012. 10 am - 2 pm.
